The Company

Our client is an international, global innovator in oncology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads and supervises reimbursement and incoming orders for patients
  • Cooperate with Global and EMEA Revenue Operations leadership
  • Conduct annual audit of cases, identifies training needs and other opportunities for enhancement
  • Builds and maintain a successful Reimbursement Specialist’s organization in Germany
  • In collaboration with the EMEA Revenue Operations and the global team identifies opportunities to streamline workflows that result in accurate, high quality standards and improved results in cost savings, or outcomes measurement
  • Built and maintain relationships with key personnel within insurance companies to facilitate the reimbursement process
  • Writing and submitting of complex requests and appeals
  • Understanding key drivers of process excellence and design metrics to reach targeted goals for the team
  • Ensure activities comply with the applicable Quality System requirements

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years relevant job experience
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment (SGB V), within corresponding Guidelines
  • Detailed insight into the German reimbursement system
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to work cross-functionally
