The Company

Our client is a global, leading manufacturer of high end medical technology and software.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategically aligned sales approach/standard by coaching and
    facilitating cross country/regional exchange on best practices

  • Prepare monthly pipeline meetings / steer salesforce

  • Monitor KPIs, benchmark, drive performance in all measured dimensions,
    analyze data

  • Define sales training contents (and train salesforce trainers)

  • Support international reference center visits

  • Prepare price / discount discussions on project level

  • Develop sales SOPs and follow up implementation

  • Lead Business Development projects

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • Operative sales management level experience (preferably from project
    sales business in med tech industry)
  • 10 years + work experience in a professional work environment
  • High level of technical understanding in both hardware and software

Functional / Specific Competencies

  • Ability to coach and lead by expertise, not by „line responsibility“
  • Conceptual and analytical strength
  • Interest in working internationally, up to 70% travel might be required in
    peak times
  • Fluent in business English
