The Company

Our client is a global, leading manufacturer of high end medical technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business Process Ownership for the Customer engagement
  • Build up a competency group for Customer Engagement across European Touch Points
  • Analyze market needs and customer engagement/interaction trends
  • Develop an organizational structure for customer interaction
  • Design the solution for new Customer Engagement Center

Candidate Profile

 

Education and Experience

  • Master degree in business engineering, engineering or similar
  • Several years of working experience in Service management
  • Experience in business process management

Functional / Specific Competencies

  • Strong driver personality and result-orientation
  • Ability to work in an international matrix structure and coach by expertise, not by „line responsibility“
  • Conceptual and analytical strength and excellent communication skills
