Die Aufgaben

  • Establishing direct sales and marketing efforts in Germany and growing the team
  • Developing the sales pipeline, including prospecting for leads, scheduling meetings, presentations and long-term product trials
  • Presenting products for physiotherapists, medical doctors, key opinion leaders and decision makers, including presenting on patients directly
  • Quoting, negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Establishing and managing financing partners for customers, including leases, loans, long-term rentals and grants
  • Evaluating, assigning and working with sub-distributors and salespeople
  • Getting referrals from trials and existing customers
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and key-opinion leaders, especially to maximize adoption of innovative rehabilitation technologies in daily practice
  • Scheduling and organising participation in national exhibitions
  • Coordinating marketing photoshoots and videos with existing customers
  • Conducting training in the field of neurorehabilitation and rehabilitation robots for physiotherapists, occupational therapists, distributors and patients
  • Hiring direct salespeople with the support of HR
  • Setting individual sales targets for salespeople
  • Training and coaching salespeople to make them successful
  • Translating and implementing Corporate Policies into the direct sales team in Germany

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Higher education in the field of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation medicine, sports therapy or equivalent,
  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of physiotherapy or medical equipment,
  • Experience in treating with patients
  • Excellent direct sales knowledge, including cold calling, scheduling and performing product presentations, experience with medical device equipment sales, identifying and working with key-opinion leaders, negotiations, closing questions, financing in healthcare, medical reimbursement,
  • Track record in significant sales growth and strategic deal-making success
  • Ability in building and leading teams
  • German native tongue, very good spoken and written English
