Die Aufgaben

  • Be one of the key contributors to the development and execution of the global strategy and take full ownership of the regional business plan
  • Refine and implement the existing German go-to-market strategy based in alignment with the headquarter
  • Assess and prioritize accounts to ensure short-term and mid-term profitable business growth, adapt portfolio positioning to the local requirements and define adequate pricing strategies
  • Drive top line growth through successful introduction of the core product portfolio and co-create new applications to leverage the full technology potential in co-creation with the client and 3rd parties
  • Develop and sustain outstanding client relations with academic hospitals, hospital chains, industry leaders in pharma and medical technology as well as with healthcare key opinion leaders
  • Build a strong and cohesive sales team and ensure that operational excellence with clinical application experts and with delivery and service partners is achieved
  • Build an effective network of local supporters to keep the core team lean and focused on the core value-generating processes
  • Reports regularly on the market trends, business performance and qualitative progress
  • Manage and plan annual budgets

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • The function requires a graduate or post graduate degree in economics, scientific, engineering, medical education or similar
  • 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the medical IT, preferably hospital IT and or in the general healthcare industry
  • Can demonstrate significant sales growth and strategic deal-making success
  • Experience in hospital medication management, pharma and therapeutic disease management or other clinical in-depth knowledge is a plus
  • Established relationships with either university clinics or private hospital chains
  • Can demonstrate a track record of building and leading teams
  • German native tongue, very good spoken and written English
