Our client is an international and innovative global leader within the medical devices industry.
To further strengthen the company’s market position, we are looking for a new employee as a „Head of Commercial Excellence and Trade Management (m/f/d)“.


Die Aufgaben

  • Drive the commercial excellence processes
  • Act as trusted advisor to the commercial teams by providing sales & marketing insights
  • Drive continuous development of the CRM system in close coordination with the commercial team
  • Conduct sales and pipeline analysis
  • Develop and maintain governance for use of the CRM system and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales and bid process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems
  • Manage, develop and implement pricing & condition plans for the organization’s products/services to meet established targets
  • Support budget, strategy and investment planning
  • Help to ensure process alignment between commercial, finance, legal and medical as well as with the HQ
  • Manage, motivate and develop up to 7 direct reports
  • Ensures the right field resources allocation (targeting, frequency, call plan, sale forces organization)
  • Actively participates to UM commercial excellence community by sharing best practices
  • Performs analysis to monitor brand performance, in close cooperation with marketing and sales teams

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Bachelor´s degree within business or economics, or similar expertise through work experience, e.g. consultancy
  • Have experience with CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com)
  • Be fluent in MS excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Be fluent in English and German (French is a plus)

  • Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner.
  • Be able to influence people not reporting directly
