Our client is an innovative global leader within the pharma industry that focuses on OTC- and RX-products.

Die Aufgaben

  • Execution, adoption and implementation of international brand strategies in the marketing  of OTC/FCMG products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Definition of activity plans for each brand and focus on sales driving initiatives
  • Optimization and coordination of BTL activities/materials in the DACH markets and implementing ATL communication in line with local needs
  • Coordination of education programs, KOL networks, material for sales meetings and exhibitions, etc.
  • Prepare monthly A&P reviews, analysis of market research/insights, etc.
  • Tracking of budget and suggestion of adjustments if needed
  • Define pricing strategy within corridor
  • Implementation and maintenance of website together with Digital Marketing Manager

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Academic education in science or business management or equivalent
  • Sales and/or marketing experience with OTC/ FMCG products
  • Knowledge of product marketing ideally to both drugstores/pharmacies and mass market with proven track record of consumer marketing and brand building
  • Knowledge of BTL and ATL marketing and other joint marketing initiatives
