IT specialists for KHZG implementation

The Hospital Future Act (KHGZ) promotes and demands the digitalisation of hospitals. However, the urgently needed “digital update” announced by the legislator is on a shaky footing in many hospitals. The reason for this is the lack of IT specialists, who are finding it difficult to find their way into hospitals.

To resolve this bottleneck, hospitals need to break new ground: Structures and organisational forms, cooperation models and personnel marketing also need an update in order to become competitive in the hotly contested market for digital experts.
